Introducing the Prince x Toroline Tour 98! Featuring the same specs and performance as the standard version, this racquet sports a sleek purple cosmetic designed by Toroline. Built for intermediate and advanced players, the Tour 98 feels extremely accurate on full cuts, with a predictable launch angle and more than enough spin to work the ball into tight spaces. It also boasts a mid-320s swingweight, keeping it quick on groundies and volleys without getting pushed around when the pace goes up. For 2026, Prince updates its Anti-Torque System, integrating Zylon with Textreme to provide a more stable and powerful ride. This is complemented by Prince's new layup technology, ISO-Fiber, which optimizes fiber placement to further increase pop and stability (think less frame wobble and power loss on off-center impact). Additionally, the strategic placement of foam throughout the frame not only mitigates harsh vibrations but also gives this update an even more solid and plush feel than the one it replaces. Ultimately, Intermediate and advanced players looking for controllable power and great feel will love this one. The fact that it comes with a dedicated Toroline poly and cool racquet sleeve is a very nice bonus.

Would Recommend
Incredible feel, great controlI love this racquet so much. Have always played with Head Radicals, but wanted a bit more mass/plow through and almost switched to previous Textreme tour (which felt a bit clunky and head heavy for my liking.) 2026 Tour 98 is a perfect blend of the maneuverability I enjoy from the Radical MP, and the smooth feel/better plow through of the Textreme 98. Perfect all around racquet for intermediate/advanced players. New loyal member of Prince's royal court

Very Nice Blend of Touch, Control and SpinA few excerpts from my playtest: The Tour 98 seems very open to big cuts at the ball. It was receptive to flattening out the ball or adding shape to generate a heavier ball. The dense pattern (with 8 mains in the throat) does offer a predictable launch angle. The racket shines at the net. It feels very stable and offers pinpoint accuracy. Having 8 mains in the throat and tighter string spacing facilitates the accurate volley with good feel. Overall: Recommended for a Demo!

Great frame overall, better doubles stickGroundstrokes were excellent. Backhands were awesome, and I felt like I could consistently rip forehands and they’d stay in. Spin kept my shots in as long as I committed, and it encouraged me to keep the intensity high, especially with my footwork. Volleys were super solid. Easy to control, easy to stick, no problems redirecting pace on the forehand side. On the backhand side, I preferred to get a 2nd hand on the racquet, as the stability wasn’t good enough to really feel confident. I couldn’t return serves too well. It really needed more weight in the head. I never quite dialed in a solid flat serve, but slice and kick serves are the best I’ve ever hit. Ended up slicing a decent amount of returns on the forehand side and I had to jump into everything on the backhand side. The power to control ratio felt like it could be whatever I wanted it to be. Regarding topspin, this was one of my favorite frames to really spin the ball with. Not as insane as the Pure Aero or VCOREs, but it let me hit a really heavy ball. This is also one of my favorite feeling frames. Super crisp and connected, but it still maintains a plushness and solidity that is rare. However, I do not think that this is a comfy frame, but I also wouldn’t avoid it either provided that you have decent technique and don’t try to wrist the ball. The Prince Tour 98 is super maneuverable at the net, but the box beam definitely slows it down a bit on groundies. Overall, I quite enjoyed the Prince Tour 98, and I put about 25 hours on it throughout the playtest.

Very good racquetI would describe it as shimilar to the prestige mp in the 16x19 string pattern version. However it’s more solid ,and slightly stiffer but still has a very solid but raw feel. It’s just stiffer than the previous version but are similar otherwise.

Would Recommend
Solid. Not for meHit the 98 and 100 (310) yesterday. Remind me of the Solinco Whiteout. Solid and dense feeling frame. Not the fastest, but very stable and precise. I would classify them as modern players frames. Great for chipping and volley, but we struggled getting the head moving fast. Might be better for flatter mechanics, older hitters, or more advanced players. We are 4.0/4.5 respectively.

Meneuverable, spin friendly and stableLooking for a lighter racquet to replace my 2019 Prestige MP which is an amazing racquet, but started feeling a bit heavy and a bit low-powered, mainly due to my age. Demoed new Prince Tour 98 along with few other racquets like new Aero98, Gravity98 and PureStrike97, and liked it within few minutes of hitting. Felt easier to swing/maneuver compared to my prestige, with much better spin generation while also being as stable. It is slightly stiffer compared to prestige, but didn't feel any harshness. One downside I felt during point play was a slight lack of power on my first serves compared to my current racquet, which I think could be due to my swing accustomed to plow-through of a heavier racquet, and should improve with more practice with lighter racquet.
