This light version of the Tour 100 combines impressive speed with arm-friendly comfort and spin-friendly targeting.

Meet the 2026 Prince Tour 100 290g! As the lightest member of the Tour family, this racquet makes the perfect entry point into the Tour franchise. Like the previous generation, this update combines the spin-friendly targeting of a 16x18 string pattern with impressive speed. It also features a sub 64-RA stiffness and above average stability for its weight class, making it one of the most solid and arm-friendly models in its class. For 2026, Prince updates its Anti-Torque System, integrating Zylon with Textremeto enhance torsional stability and energy return. Prince also improves comfort with strategically placed foam and introduces a new layup technology, ISO-Fiber, which doubles down on stability and energy return to help reduce frame wobble and power loss on off-center impact. Intermediate players looking for a speedy racquet with controllable power and great feel should give this one a serious look.

Fun racquetThis Prince Tour 290g is in the sweet spot of power, comfort and control. I have been using the Phantom 100x 305g for many years, so the transition is smooth. The Tour and the Phantom have the same head size and string pattern, but in a slightly different head shape. I am getting more power and stability (volleys are wonderful), though slightly less precision in terms of hitting direction. Slices are equally fun in both racquets. The 290g weight and the stock swingweight are a little light for my taste, so I added a leather grip and some lead under the grommets at the tip of the racquet; it's now about 305g. I like the balance and plow like this. I use multifilament strings.. The Tour is not as plush as the Phantom, but it doesn't feel far off. There is a very satisfying thwock sound at contact, and the racquet is powerful even though it's flexible that you can feel the ball sink into the strings. Also, the paint job looks incredible. Overall, really impressed with this, and I'll be sticking with the Tour.
