Pleasantly surprisedI bought 2 of the $99 Graphene XT Speed MPs and they came pre-strung with Head SG 16 gauge at 53 lbs. I assumed I'd be cutting them out right away to put some Wasabi X 17 gauge but I hit with this and the feeling is crisp, powerful and very comfortable. I re-strung one of them with the poly and have played the 2 side by side. The Wasabi X feels good but I really have preferred the HSG. Produces great spin and really makes a very satisfying pocket when you hit one in the middle of the stringbed. Put all that with $4.95 per set and it's a great deal

Great basic stringThis synthetic gut is perfect for any beginner or developing player. It provides a good balance of comfort and moderate power. The durability of the 16 gauge is great. It’s also a great cross string for players looking to hybrid with a soft poly.

Good stuffUsed several packs of it and it does its job. Slightly better feel than standard synthetic gut. Highly recommend for recommend players that want a durable and good looking string.

Soft and gentle to the armI play with a Pure Strike 98 and love it. For the past few years, I've been using poly strings, but recently developed tennis elbow. To alleviate it, I decided to try a few synthetic gut strings on my Pure Strike, including Head. The feel is fantastic! I enjoy the muted sound and softness, which is much easier on my elbow. I played for almost two hours with no pain. I’m still unsure about the durability, though. Given its the price it’s a no-brainer.

Head Synthetic GutI've used this Head Synthetic gut as part of a hybrid set up with both straight co-poly and rough/multi-sided co-polys. Holds up real well and I like the variety of colors. I'm a big fan of Head racquets and like the quality and value of Head strings.
