Comments: A good string, great pocketing, crazy control, and power. But buy this string if you like stringing racquets. That's because they won't stay in your racquet very long.

Comments: Great feel and control from this string. But it breaks very quickly (2-3 hours). I will stick to the 16 gauge.

Comments: I have been using poly strings for a longtime, but recently been having arm and elbow issues and my doctor and physical therapist recommended that I stopped playing with a poly and go back to a monofilament string. I tried several different strings and Alpha Gut 2000 on paper was not on top of my list of monofilament strings to try. I did buy a set just in case I didn't like other monofilament strings. As it turned out, I didn't like any of the other monofilament strings and wanted to give this one a try and instantly fell in love with it. Although at 18 guage, its not 1.10mm like my poly string, but a 1.20mm, the string is great, soft but yet has a great comfort and feel, very easy on my arm, and does not lack the power and control of my poly string. It actually plays like a poly. My volleys are great and I still get the same "feel" on my groundstrokes like my old poly string. I highly recommend this string for those seeking an arm friendly string that plays like a poly. And at a price of $5.90 a set, it's great. I am a USTA rated 4.5 player who plays with a Yonex VCore 105, I string my racquet with the Alpha Gut 2000 at 54 lbs.

Comments: Really enjoy this poly and like the feel, yet it's soft on the arm. Great sound when you strike ball. I think this multi has great control. Lots of spin with the 18g -- it's perfect. Highly recommend nit.
